 Why don’t I see my order history?

  • Due to differences in technologies and data structures, we are unable to transfer order history from the old website/ system. We apologise for the inconvenience. However, going forward, the system will store all orders processed by Tetenal in the new system for your account, including web, email, and phone orders.

 Why don’t I see my old 'favourite lists' or 'order items lists''?

  • Due to differences in technologies and data structures, we are unable to transfer shopping lists from the old system. We apologise for the inconvenience. The new system allows you to create and store both items as a 'wish list' or as 'Order lists' from your shopping cart. Simply click ‘Save to order list’ icon on your Shopping Cart. You can add/ load these into an order with the links on the shopping cart too.

 Where is my order?

  • Please go to your account information page and click on the Order History link, then filter your orders by order number, purchase order, order type, or date and click the Search button.
